Order preparation
Orders received by 11:00 are prepared and handed to the carrier on the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 or on holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Preparation may take longer during holidays, closures or busy periods.
Shipping costs and options
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €150 excluding VAT. Shipping for orders below €150 is quoted separately.
Alternatively, you can arrange collection by your own carrier. Request a quote for shipping outside Italy.
Estimated delivery times
Mainland Italy: 2–5 business days. Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria: 5–8 business days. European Union: 5–8 business days. Times are counted from dispatch and may vary by carrier and destination.
Tracking and delivery
When available, you will receive a shipment tracking code. On delivery, check the number of parcels and the packaging condition; report any issues promptly to the carrier and Anmi Jewelry.
